Find a Job

Not just any job. YOUR job.

At Diversified Industrial Staffing, we pride ourselves on putting candidates first. Acting as your talent agent, we market your unique abilities to a broad range of employers. Our candidate-centric approach means you'll end up with the perfect job for you, in a place where you feel like you belong.

We're not just looking to fill open positions with anyone who's available. We work closely with you to find out your unique skill set, interests and motivations. We then match you with an employer who is looking for exactly what you have to offer. We only recruit for full-time permanent positions within the industrial market, and specializing only in manufacturing, construction and logistics industries means we're the best at what we do.

At Diversified Industrial Staffing, we know we're only as good as the people who work for us, so we strive to treat all our employees with the respect they deserve. We help individuals throughout the country find just what they're looking for -- a great job with the long-term potential to become a great career.

The Diversified Application Process

In order to be considered for a job through Diversified Industrial Staffing, you must first submit a resume. The resume should include your name, contact information, educational background, relevant skills and qualifications.

You may view current open positions and submit your resume through the Job Search/Application functions within that page, or you may alternately fax or mail your resume to our offices. Please see the Contact page for the fax number and our address.

Once we receive your resume, a member of the Diversified Recruiting Department will review it in detail. If your skills and qualifications are a match for an open position, you will be contacted to discuss it. We'll set up a "working interview," a test run of a real day on the job, so that you and your potential employer can both get a feel for how successful you could be in that role. You'll be able to determine if it's the right position for you ahead of time, and ensure yourself real job satisfaction once you're actually working there.
