How Much Does Diversified’s Services Cost?
There isn’t any cost to job seekers. We represent the candidates for FREE. 100% of our fees are paid by our client.
I Submitted My Resume…Now What?
Once we receive your resume, a Recruiter or Candidate Specialist will review it. All resumes received are reviewed by a member of our staff and we do not use automated algorithms to review the resumes we receive. If your resume fits one of our current job opportunities, you will receive a call from a Candidate Specialist and we will conduct a telephone interview with you.
If your manufacturing skills-based resume does not fit for one of our current job openings, we will import your resume into our database and you will be contacted when we have a job opening that best fits your skills and background.
Direct Hire or Temporary Hire?
We offer (2) hiring options for our candidates, Direct Hire and Contract to Hire. The staff of Diversified handles all negotiations on behalf of our candidates in both scenarios.
Do You Staff More Than One Shift?
We staff for all shifts.
How Often Am I Paid and By Whom?
Employees are paid weekly via Direct Deposit or payroll check.
